The optical signal transmitter (see figure above) uses a laser diode (for which the characteristics are shown in the figure below). If the input control signal takes a high state H (when Uwe > 1.4V), optical power Ph = 9mW should be emitted, while in the low state L (Uwe < 1.4V) the optical power should reach Pl = 0.4 mW. Select the values of current-motive forces I1 and I2, respectively, assuming that transistors T1 and T2 are ideal and have identical parameters (drop Ubc = 0.7V).
