The inclined manometer at Fluid Dynamic laboratory at E5 has broken. You are tasked to design a new inclined manometer as shown in Figure 1. The inclination angle should be at least \( 5^{\circ} \). (iii) The temperature in the lab is \( 30^{\circ} \mathrm{C} \).
