The \( { }^{1} \mathrm{H} \) spectrum has signals at \( \delta 1.08,1.16,2.08 \), and \( 3.71 \mathrm{ppm} \). The \( { }^{13} \mathrm{C} \) spectrum has signals at \( \delta 19.0,22.2,29.9,68.8 \) and \( 170.0 \mathrm{ppm} \). The 2-dimensional \( { }^{1} \mathrm{H}{ }^{1} \mathrm{H} \) COSY spectrum and the \( \mathrm{C}-\mathrm{H} \) correlation spectrum are given on the facing page. From the COSY spectrum, assign the proton spectrum and use this information to assign the \( { }^{13} \mathrm{C} \) spectrum.
