The following table provides typical data obtained at a pH of 5 and 7.5. The substrate, S, is nicotinamide mononucleotide and the initial rate, v, is the ?mol of nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide formed per minute. a. What is the Vm?&Km? for each of these pH ? b.
