Figure \( \mathrm{Q} 2 \) shows the flange plates bolted together with Four bolts each of \( 8 \mathrm{~mm} \) diameter. Centre distance between bolts and shaft is \( 100 \mathrm{~mm} \). The yield shear stress of the bolts is \( 650 \mathrm{MPa} \). Calculate: a) The maximum force on each bolt before failure occurs b) The maximum power transmitted before failure occurs
