PCR/Genotyping analysis Three gel pictures are shown - each.PCR product was digested was a restriction enryme SNP 1 Allele \( 1=\mathrm{A} . \quad \) Alele \( 2=\mathrm{G} \) The restriction enzyme cuts the sequence when a ' \( G \) ' is present resulting in a shorter product of \( 1846 p \). The uncut sequence is \( 2526 \mathrm{p} \). SNP 2 Allele \( 1=6 \quad \) Allele \( 2=C \) The restriction enzyme cuts the sequence when a ' \( \mathrm{C} \) ' is present resulting in a shorter product of 175 bp. The uncut sequence is \( 198 \mathrm{bp} \).
SNP 3 Allele \( 1=\mathrm{A} \quad \) Allele \( 2=T \) The restriction enzyme cuts the sequence when a ' \( T \) ' is present resulting in a shorter product of \( 196 \mathrm{bp} \). The uncut sequence is \( 266 \mathrm{bp} \). Assume each lane numbered \( 2,3,5,6,7 \) represents a dog with that ID number (i.e. all lanes numbered 2 are from dog sample 2). Give the genotypes for dogs \( 3,5,6 \) and 7 ( 2 is given as an example). Remember, homozygotes will shown one band, heterozygotes will show two bands. (0.5 pts for each correct genotype)
