A piston-cylinder device with a set of stops initially contains \( 5 \mathrm{~kg} \) of liquid vapour mixture at \( 150 \mathrm{kPa} \). Initially, \( 2 \mathrm{~kg} \) of the water is in the liquid phase and the rest is in the vapour phase. Heat is now transferred to the water, and the piston, which is resting on a set of stops, starts moving when the pressure inside reaches \( 300 \mathrm{kPa} \). Heat transferred continues until the total volume increases by \( 20 \% \) of the initial volume, determine :- (i) the quality, temperature, specific volume, and internal energy initially, (ii) the specific volume, temperature and internal energy at the final state, ( 9 marks) (iii) the work done by the air, and (8 marks) (3 marks) (iv) the total heat transferred to the water during this process also show the process on a \( P-v \) diagram.
