1.Write down the forward and reverse primers that you need to amplify the target region. You can assume that the primers should be complementary to the ends of the fragment, without taking other parameters into account. Primers must be 15 bases long and the 5’ and 3’ ends of the primers indicated. You may present this as a graphic representation. 

2.You isolated DNA with a concentration of 105 ng/µl. You must dilute the DNA to 25 ng/µl and then use 2 µl in the reactions (50 ng/reaction). Show the calculation of the DNA dilution that you need.
