The thermal voltage \( \mathrm{kT} / \mathrm{q} \) is \( 0.025 \mathrm{~V} \). Use reasonable approximations to answer the questions below. (a) Assume \( v_{I N}=0 \). Find the base, collector, and emitter voltages with respect to ground, as well as the collector and emitter currents. (b) Assume now that \( v_{I N} \) is a step voltage, with 0 value for all negative time, and a value of \( 1 \mathrm{mV} \) for all positive time.
