How do i find tension for part 2 by calculation? Mass is 500g, distance of mass on meter stick is 50 cm, distance of strong is 80 cm.Mass of meter stick is 131g.The angle ? is 45 and the angle a is 85. There is no second mass. Ignore it.
STATIC BOUILIBRIUA OF A RIGID BODY OBJECTIVES To study the two necessary conditions for a structure to be in equilibriun: DESCRIPTION AND PROCEDURE \[ \Gamma_{\text {pet }}=0 \] 1. Draw the fbd of the beam for each of the above two cases. 2. Theoretically, using the above euilibrium conditions for static equilibrium of a rigid body, calculate the tension in the string and the two support reactions needed at the pivot (for both parts). 3. Compare the calculated and the experimental values of the tension in the string (for both parts)
