HIRARC is a compound word which is made up of three consecutive activities running one after the other. The activities consist of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control. You are required to conduct the HIRARC analysis of the work activity at any workplace of your own choices (preferably your previous internship training’s company). The various activities of which having safety and health hazards need to be recorded by using HIRARC form attached (APPENDIX A). Minimum of FOUR (4) activities are required for this analysis and report. Your report must include but not limited to these contents:
