Generate one cycle of the square

wave similar to the one shown in a 500-point MATLAB array. I am having a lot of problems getting the array to drop from 1 V to -1 V at 0.05 seconds. Instead I am getting a drop from 1 V to 0 V at 0.5 s. If anyone could show how to get the desired result in code and the result plotted I would greatly appreciate it.
