For this assignment you will create bacteria identification flow charts for both Gram Positive Cocci and Gram Positive Rods using the associated bacteria tables found under "Lab Info". I have attached an example flow chart for the Gram Negative Rods, which you can use as a guide to help you through the process.Flow charts are an easy way to determine which tests you would run depending on the results of a previous test. Whether we do real unknowns, or simulated unknowns this semester, the flow charts (your game plan) needs to be done before we start the process. The goal of this assignment is to isolate the organisms on the tables from one another, just like I have done for the Gram negative options.Important considerations:1) Do not use temperature in your flow charts unless it is the ONLY test that can distinguish two organisms and it is the LAST test you do. You will only need to differentiate microbes based on temp once on one of the flow charts. 2) Do not use oxidase.3) You can't use a test to differentiate an organism if there is a "V" as a test result because that means the microbes responds in a variable way. That will not be helpful. 4) Do not use colony color (pigment) as a test. You can write out the flowcharts as I have done, snap a quick pic with your phone and upload them here. I am attaching the tables which needs to be used and the example of chart
