This effect is not captured by the square law you use in hand analysis. - Use \( l_{D 1}=1 \mathrm{~mA} \) and \( V_{D D}=5 \mathrm{~V} \). - For the cascoded current mirror, set \( \mathrm{vaz}^{2} \) in a way to maximize the output swing while keeping the transistors in saturation.
