A charged sphere in static equilibrium is resting on a horizontal surface. Directly above it is another charged sphere (also in static equilibrium) that is hanging from a string. The \( 17 \mathrm{~kg} \) red sphere has more charge than the \( 38 \mathrm{~kg} \) green sphere. The total charge magnitude on the spheres is \( 174 \mu \mathrm{C} \& \) they have the same polarity. As a result the normal force on the red sphere is \( 347 \mathrm{~N} \& \) the centers of the spheres are \( 0.59 \mathrm{~m} \) apart. Determine the charge magnitude on each sphere.
