She reacted a sample of the DNA with DNA polymerase and four different nucleotide mixtures (in an appropriate buffer). Some of the mixtures included dideoxynucleotides (ddNTPs) in relatively small amounts. The reseacher then separated the resulting DNA by electrophoresis on a polyacrylamide gel and located the fluorescent bands on the gel. The image of the gel shows the band patterns that resulted from each of the four nucleotide mixtures.
The table shows the nucleotide mixture for Lane 1 . Complete the table by showing the nucleotides or mixutres that could have been used to yield this result. Some of the nucleotides or mixtures may not be used.
