The measured water depth upstream of the weir was \( 65 \mathrm{~cm} \). a) Calculate the discharge, \( Q \) in free flow condition. b) The upstream depth and the tailwater level in submerged flow condition were \( 70 \mathrm{~cm} \) and 60 cm, respectively. Calculate the total discharge in this condition. Note: Use the paper of Wu \& Rajaratnam (1996).
