De novo_sequencing: Product ion spectra of two tryptic peptides was acquired using a tandem mass spectrometer by lowenergy collisionally induced dissociation of doubly charged ions of (i) Problem Number One), at $\mathrm{m}/\mathrm{z}$ 389.9; and (ii) Problem Number Two), at $m/z$ 648.0. Ions are normalized to the most abundant ion in the spectra; selected magnification has been used over various portions of the spectrum to enhance the clarity of those regions of the spectrum.
