A strong jet-stream speed wind of \\( 70 \\mathrm{mph} \\) is blowing at \\( \\mathrm{S} 40^{\\circ} \\mathrm{E} \\). (a) Find the vector representation \\( \\langle a, b\\rangle \\) of the plane and of the wind.
